Geoffrey Bouchier and Paul Clark of MCR were appointed Joint Administrators of the
Company on 19 March 2009.
The appointment was made by the directors of the Company under Paragraph 22 of Schedule
B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and was approved by the Financial Services Authority
in accordance with Sectio’n 362A of the Financial Services and Markets Act
2000.
The Company operated as a fund manager in relation to the Weavering Macro Fixed
Income Fund Limited (“the Fund”) an entity based in the Cayman Islands. Following
the commencement of liquidation proceedings against the Fund in the Cayman Islands
and the subsequent suspension of all trading in that jurisdiction, the Joint Administrators
have been left with no option but to suspend all regulated activities in relation
to the UK Fund Manager and commence an orderly wind down of the Company's affairs.
